These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of store10x.com and to any services provided by Store10x. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Store10x provides Shopify store development, redesign, maintenance, conversion and speed optimization, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify SEO, and store migration services. The exact scope, timeline, and price of each project are defined in the proposal, quotation, or message thread you approve.
2. Quotes and payments
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and may not include third-party costs such as Shopify plans, apps, themes, domains, or ad spend.
- Project fees are paid in three milestones: 50% before we start the work, 25% after the first preview draft, and 25% after the project is complete and before it is pushed live.
- The store is pushed live only after the final 25% payment is received.
- Work may pause if a milestone payment is overdue.
3. Project timelines and your responsibilities
Delivery timelines depend on receiving content, product data, brand assets, feedback, and approvals from you on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, products, and claims you provide for your store.
4. Revisions
Changes based on your feedback within the agreed scope are part of the project. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Ownership
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your store, such as your store content and custom design. Third-party themes, apps, fonts, and tools remain under their own licences. We may keep general know-how and, unless you ask otherwise, may mention that we worked with your brand.
6. Advertising and SEO services
Ad performance and search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, product, price, platform policy changes, and ad budget. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or return on ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform and is separate from our fees.
7. Support and maintenance
Any free support period or maintenance plan offered with a project covers the items described in your proposal. Issues caused by changes made by others, new third-party apps, or platform updates outside our work may be billed separately.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information and account access as confidential and use it only for the agreed work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Store10x is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Website use
The content on this website, including text, design, and logo, belongs to Store10x. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date.
11. Termination
Either side may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that point, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
